Our luxury bedding is made from natural materials. All the rooms are spacious, each with a very unique decor (including William Morris and Laura Ashley wallpaper, Fontini porcelain switches), all with
the view of the garden and Canal du Midi. The rooms include bathrobes and there is a concierge service for your transfers, restaurant reservations, etc. The English-style garden is 2000 m2 and has a swimming pool surrounded by nature.
Maison Jullian's asset is also our resident Chef, always attentive to your requests, and who will delight you with his gourmet breakfast, as well as his refined 4-course evening meal.
Alice-Rose
Alice-Rose is named after of the eldest daughter of Martien Jullian, and is an ode to the past and to travels.
The room has iconic William Morris wallpaper with art deco motifs, an old travel trunk as a wardrobe and a green velvet sofa.
Alice-Rose included one of the turrets of the small castle, which we have transformed into a reading room, with a breathtaking view of our huge magnolia tree.
The bathroom with its geometric tiles and its old cement floor, offers a lovely view of the dome made of glazed Burgundy tiles.
There is also a cast-iron bathtub, with eagle shaped claws.
Looking out of the large windows, you can enjoy views of the garden and the Canal du Midi.
Alice-Rose, 30 m2, accommodates up to two people.

Marguerite
Marguerite is a tribute to the youngest daughter of Martien Jullian
The garden has literally entered this room!
With giant wisteria wallpaper by Laura Ashley, Japanese cherry tree branch tiling and luminous pendant lights made of dried flowers, everything here transports the garden to the inside of the bedroom. You can almost smell the fragrances of the flowers.
The free-standing bathtub giving on to the bedroom adds a touch of poetry and romanticism to this room, where time seems to have stood still.
This room is equipped with a sofa bed to possibly accommodate a child.
From the windows, you have views of the garden and the Canal du Midi.

Valentine
Valentine is in honour of Martien Jullian's wife.
This 40m2 master bedroom has blue tones in a Haussmann style and offers two private outdoor spaces: a small balcony overlooking the garden and a large furnished terrace of 20 m2, facing south, overlooking the Canal du Midi.
In terms of decor, it is inspired by the 1960s and 70s with Scandinavian furniture, a Werner Panton reeditionof a mother-of-pearl chandelier, and a colourful carpet by Wendy Morrison.
Several living spaces coexist – a desk and a lounge area with a sofa bed that can be converted into a bed for a child.
The pink and gold toned bathroom has a large walk-in shower and one of the castle's turrets, which is used as a small boudoir. There is a Venetian-style dressing table facing the stained glass windows, which fills the entire room with light.
Valentine is the ideal room for a wedding night, for couples looking for romance or for guests looking for absolute comfort.
Valentine, 40 m2, accommodates up to two adults and one child.

Breakfast
At Maison Jullian, we pay particular attention to the first meal of your day.
After a relaxing nights sleep in one of our rooms, enjoy our gourmet breakfast, served in either the beautiful billiards room or in the garden under the shade of our magnificent Magnolia tree (weather permitting).
We serve traditional bread, pastries and homemade jams. We also offer a fruit salad, cheese platter and cold meats, yogurt with honey & dried fruits, avocado toast or pan con tomate (in season), pancakes, and eggs to order.
We have freshly squeezed orange juice and hot beverages (tea, coffee and traditional hot chocolate) .

Table d'Hôtes
Our resident Chef, Charles Teboul has designed a 4-course menu based on regional products served in our neo-Moorish dinning room or in the garden (weather permitting).
His career in starred and gastronomic establishments will give you a unique and privileged experience.
