Every Sunday from 11am to 4pm

No need to introduce this English ritual dating back to the end of the 19th century.
Brunch is the delicious synonym for sleeping in, devouring treats with greed, laziness, shared pleasures, a desire for sweet and savoury... It comes from the contraction of the words "Breakfast" and "Lunch",to allow late risers on the weekend to have a meal that is complete enough to last until the evening.
